Heat & Serve Tips

Heat and Serve Finger Food

N.B: Heating times specified may vary on your oven.

PASTRIES:

Pies, Sausage Rolls, Quiches (m) (v).
From frozen 12-15 minutes,

Gourmet Puffs (m) (v):

8- 10 mins. DIPPING SAUCES: TOMATO, BBQ – MIX IT TOGETHER, swirl in the MUSTARD
PLEASE NOTE with all Pastries to warn the guests not to burn their mouths!

OUR ASIAN RANGE: 10 minutes

Spring Rolls (v) / Samosas (v) / Asian Delights (v) (s.f)
Lay an assortment of each FLAT on baking trays. Ideally turn them over after 5 minutes. OR deep fry then keep on a warm oven for serving through the night. (Asian delights the ties and the cues are both seafood) Dim Sims (v) (m) / Prawn Wontons (s.f): Microwave in plastic bowl with a little water on the bottom on HIGH for 4 minutes, then toss and repeat 3 mins. OR OVEN: 10 Mins. OR FRY.

BITES & BALLS:

Meatballs(m), Satay bites(m), Falafel(v), Swedish Meat balls (m)
10 minutes, from frozen
TIP: stab balls with tooth picks, serve in bowls on the platters with sauces (You can pre- micro for 5 mins prior if in a rush)

WANDS(m), BULLIONS(m), MEDALLIONS(m),

These all take a maximum of 10 minutes- spread discs on flat trays

Round Pizzas (m) (v):

10 mins
Lay flat on pre- sprayed oven trays to avoid it sticking.

Risotto Balls (v): 10 mins

DIPPING SAUCES: SWEET CHILLI, SPICY MUSTARD, HOT CHILLI, SATAY SAUCE

SEAFOOD (s.f):

5 minutes on each side.
Tempura Fish Fillets /HOT Chilli Thai Fish Cakes / Crumbed Scallops Sesame Toasts / Fish Balls / Crumbed Calamari Serve with red Seafood Sauce and/ or Tartare Sauce or add them onto your Asian Platter
