* If you are unhappy in any way you must let our staff know at the time of the event not afterwards to be eligible for the satisfaction guarantee.
* Satisafction Guarantee does not apply if external factors prevent our staff from performing their pre-agreed duties [as per the job reference]. Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice of any changes to their event programm [eg start times; cooking times; departure times] to qualify for the satisfaction gurantee.
