Bacon Cheddar Potato Skins

These potato skins are quick and easy to make. Cheddar cheese, bacon, and potatoes are all you need to make this popular appetizer.

1. When potatoes are cooled, cut potatoes into four wedges (by cutting in half lengthwise and then cutting those halves in half.)
2. Scoop out most of flesh and discard.
3. Sprinkle equal portions of cheese and bacon onto skins and press firmly into skins.
4. Bake for 15 minutes and then switch oven setting to broil. Broil for a few minutes or until crispy and lightly browned.

Serve warm.
Optional: Serve with sour cream for dipping.
