Bacon Parmesan Crackers
This easy recipe beats traditional crackers any day. Bacon wrapped over melty cheese is perfect for buttery crackers.

1. Preheat oven to 120°C.
2. Cut each slice of bacon in half.
3. Place 5 ml of cheese on each cracker.
4. Wrap securely with a piece of bacon.
5. Put each wrapped cracker on a broiler rack with a baking sheet underneath to catch drippings.
6. Bake for about 2 hours, or until bacon looks done to your liking.
7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot or at room temperature.

Do not turn crackers while in the oven. You can also use prosciutto in place of bacon but bake for half the time.
