Bacon Wrapped Chicken Appetizer
Crispy bacon wrapped around juicy chicken pieces gets treated with a sweet and savory barbeque seasoning. The aroma left in your kitchen after cooking these gives true meaning to the term, "appetizer."

1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
2. Cut chicken into 2.5 cm cubes.
3. Cut each bacon slice into 3 pieces.
4. Wrap chicken cubes with 1 piece of bacon for each cube and secure with a toothpick.
5. Combine chili powder and brown sugar.
6. Coat each piece of bacon wrapped chicken in the chili powder and brown sugar mixture.
7. Place each piece of chicken on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
8. Bake for about 35 minutes or until bacon gets crispy.

Serve on a plate with the toothpicks sticking up for easy access.
