Bacon Wrapped Pineapple

Bacon Wrapped Pineapple

Pineapple chunks are wrapped in bacon before being cooked until crispy with a sweet surprise.

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
2. Cut each slice bacon into 4 pieces of equal size.
3. Wrap each pineapple chunk with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
4. Place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with brown sugar.
5. Bake for 15 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

Serve warm.
