BBQ Quesadillas

With the help of leftover or rotisserie chicken, you can make this quesadilla, flavored with barbecue sauce and cheddar cheese in no time.

1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees C.
2. On a baking sheet, place one tortilla.
3. Spread barbecue sauce onto tortilla, top with chicken, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
4. Place other tortilla on top and bake for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and cheese is melted.
5. Remove from oven, cut into quarters, and serve warm.
