Beef Taco Dip

Beef Taco Dip

This is a hearty dip with melted cheese, salsa, and ground beef. Serve with tortilla chips for a great party dip.

1. Add beef and chili powder to a skillet and cook over medium-high, stiring occasionally and breaking up meat, for about 10 minutes or until meat is browned.
2. After draining fat from skillet, add salsa and cheese.
3. Stir, cooking over medium heat, until cheese is melted.
4. Pour into a bowl and serve with tortilla chips for dipping.

Serves: 6-8 people
