BLT Nachos

Instead of traditional nachos, try this recipe which uses bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes as toppings for melted cheesy chips. This is good a good "game-day" recipe.

1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees C.
2. Arrange chips on a baking sheet.
2. Top chips with cheese, bacon, and tomatoes.
3. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
4. Remove from oven and sprinkle lettuce on top.
5. Dallop tablespoonfuls of sour cream onto lettuce.

Serve immediately.
Serves: 8 people

| 350 mL | shredded mozzarella cheese |
| 5 | slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled |
| 100 g | lettuce, finely shredded |
| 150 g | canned diced tomatoes, drained |
