Breakfast Meatballs

This is a quick and easy recipe to make for breakfast or brunch parties. Turkey, cheese, and baking mix are combined and formed into meatball sized balls.

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and form into walnut sized balls.
3. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes or until browned.

Serve warm with toothpicks on a serving platter.

Serves: 6-8 people
