Chicken Enchilada Dip

Combine the tastes of Mexican enchiladas in a cool dip for a spicy and creamy dip appetizer.

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
3. Serve chilled with tortilla chips for dipping.
