Chicken on Sticks

This is such an easy recipe to serve at parties, especially hot off the grill in the summertime. Marinated chicken is grilled on skewers in this super simple recipe. Kids love them too because who doesn't love food on a stick?!

1. Combine Italian dressing and Worcestershire sauce, add chicken, and marinate in refrigeratorfor at least 1 hour but no more than 24.
2. When ready to cook, preheat grill to medium and lightly oil the grates.
3. Remove chicken from marinade (discarding marinade) and cut the chicken breast into three long strips.
4. Place a skewer the long way through each strip of chicken.
5. Arrange skewers onto grill and cook for approximately 8 minutes per side. Chicken will be done when if pierced with a knife, juices run clear.
6. Serve hot.
