Chocolate Clay

This is so fun for kids to play with and eat. Prep a day ahead of time with only two ingredients and you will have a fun and edible project for your kids. Great for parties.

1. Melt chocolate chips. You can do this by microwaving and stirring in 30 second intervals. Or you can pour chips into a glass bowl which will fit over a sauce pan with boiling water, stirring constantly.
2. When chips are melted, add corn syrup, stirring until smooth.
3. Pour mixture onto a plate and cover with wax paper.
4. Allow the mixture to rest at room temperature for at least 8 hours.
5. Have fun with it by molding into different shapes and decorating. Eat if you wish!

60 mL light corn syrup
