Chunky Mexican Corn Dip

Chunky Mexican Corn Dip

This is a creamy dip with corn and seasonings which tastes great served cold with tortilla chips for dipping.

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
3. Serve chilled with tortilla chips for dipping.

3 cans of Mexican style corn, drained
235 mL mayonnaise
460 g sour cream
455 g shredded cheddar cheese
25 g cilantro leaves, chopped
6 scallions, chopped
15 mL lime juice
10 mL ground cumin
10 mL garlic salt
