Coconut Truffles

Next time you are in the mood for something sweet, there is no need to even touch an oven if you have this recipe. Condensed milk and coconut flakes are all you will need for these simple truffles.

1. Mix the coconut flakes and condensed milk together and let it sit for about 15 minutes. If after 15 minutes, mixture is still runny, add more coconut flakes. You will need to make balls with the mixture.
2. Roll into truffle sized balls and roll each ball in a coating of more coconut flakes.
3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and serve cold.
