Creamy Spinach Spread

This is an easy and creamy spinach dip or spread and tastes great spread on small party sized pumpernickel bread slices.

1. In a serving bowl, combine vegetable soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, and spinach thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
2. Serve with pumpernickel bread slices. Spread about 30 mL of spread onto each piece of bread.

Serves: 20-24 people
