Crispy BBQ Chicken Bites

Crispy BBQ Chicken Bites

These little chicken bites have barbecue flavor, so they are different than plain chicken nuggets, and fun for eats.

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
2. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
3. In a small bowl, combine milk, egg, paprika, and garlic powder.
4. In a separate bowl, place crushed potato chips.
5. Dip each chicken piece in egg mixture, dripping excess back into bowl, and then dip directly into crushed potato chips.
6. Roll each piece in the chips so that they are coated.
7. Place each coated piece of chicken on baking sheet and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
8. Serve hot with optional bbq dipping sauce.

1 Egg
30 mL milk
2.5 mL paprika
2.5 mL garlic powder
1 L bbq flavor potato chips, crushed
225 g boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 15mm cubes.
