Drunken Mushrooms

Drunken Mushrooms

Whole mushrooms simmer in a wine, beef broth and onion mixture for this low fat appetizer.

1. Add broth to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Add onions and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Add mushrooms and wine and simmer for another 15 minutes.
4. Pour into a serving bowl and serve warm with toothpicks for grabbing.
