Easy Chicken Nuggets

This chicken nugget recipe only requires 4 ingredients. Plus, they are baked and not fried, so they are healthier than the fried version. Serve with ketchup, honey mustard, barbecue sauce, or sweet and sour sauce for dipping.

1. Cut chicken into cubes about 2.5 - 3 cm wide.
2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
3. Spray a 34x22 cm baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
4. Pour bread crumbs into medium sized bowl.
5. Dip chicken pieces into egg and then directly into bread crumbs, tossing to coat.
6. Place all coated pieces into baking dish and bake, uncovered, for 7 minutes. Turn and bake another 7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
