Fake Ice Cream Sandwiches
This is a fun and simple recipe for fake ice cream sandwiches that don't melt all over you while you're eating them.

1. In a medium bowl, combine whipped topping and chocolate chips.
2. Break graham crackers in half.
3. Spread topping mixture equally over half of the crackers.
4. Top each with remaining cracker half to form a sandwich.
5. Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour or longer.

Tip: Substitute fat-free whipped topping for regular whipped topping to make a low-fat sandwich.
