Fish Bowls
This is a gelatin, fruit, and candy dessert that is super fun for kids to make and eat. They may be too pretty to eat however. Kids will need your help with some of it.

1. Divide fruit evenly amongst the plastic cups, so that fruit is sitting on the bottom of each.
2. Pour blue gelatin into a large mixing bowl.
3. Have an adult pour the boiling water into the bowl and stir until gelatin dissolves.
4. In a separate bowl, pour the cold water.
5. Add enough ice to the cold water so that it makes 200 mL of ice water.
6. Add ice/water combination to gelatin. Stir until it thickens a little.
7. Pour the slightly thickened gelatin evenly over the fruit in each cup. Each cup should receive about 120 mL of gelatin.
8. Add one candy fish to each cup. Gelatin should be hard enough to hold fish in the middle of the cup, but not too hard.
9. Allow cups to refrigerate for at least an hour so that the gelatin gets firm.
