Ham & Cheese Bread
Unlike a ham and cheese sandwich, nothing will fall out of these hot sandwich rolls.

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Lightly flour a large counter area and roll out dough with a rolling pin into a 30 cm x 20 cm rectangle.
3. Top with a layer of the ham, leaving edges bare within 6 mm of the edge.
4. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
5. Moisten edges of the dough with water and fold into thirds, lengthwise. Pinch seams together to seal edges.
6. Place onto a greased baking sheet with seam side facing down.
7. Score several slits on top of dough.
8. Brush dough with egg wash and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
9. Bake for 35 minutes or until it reaches a golden-brown color.
10. Let cool for 10 minutes and slice into 6 pieces.
