Healthier Bacon Breakfast Pizza

Breakfast pizzas are fun to make and kids love them. But you shouldn't have to feel guilty for eating something if you are on a diet. Enjoy this healthier version of bacon, cheese, hash brown, and egg pizza with a lower fat and calorie count. This is great for a brunch dish as well.

1. Cook bacon as directed on package and crumble into small pieces.
2. Preheat oven to 190 degrees C.
3. Spray a 34 x 22 x 4.5 cm baking dish (13 x 9 x 2 inches) with nonstick cooking spray.
4. Unroll the crescent roll dough, keeping the long rectangle shape.
5. Press into bottom of baking dish and a little bit up the sides, just enough to form a little wall to keep the rest of the ingredients inside.
6. Evenly distribute hash browns, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon onto dough.
8. Pour egg substitute over the hash brown/bacon/cheese mixture.
9. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until eggs are set and no longer runny.
10. Cut into 8 slices and serve hot.
