Kettle Corn

Kids love the sweetness of this popcorn. Forget the microwave stuff and make your own. You'll be glad you did.

1. In a large pot, over medium heat, add the vegetable oil.
2. Once oil is heated, carefully add the popcorn and sugar. Stir to combine.
3. Cover the pot and quickly shuffle it back and forth, over the burner, constantly.
4. Kernels will start to pop. Once popping slows to every few seconds, remove from the heat but continue to shake, carefully.
5. Pour into a large bowl and cool for 5 minutes.
