Late for Work Breakfast Burritos
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Even if you're running a little late, these breakfast burritos won't set you back. You don't even need to dirty any silverware to eat them. Just grab and go!

1. Spray a microwave safe bowl or mug with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Crack 2 eggs into bowl or mug and whisk with a fork until whites and yolks are combined.
3. Add Salt and Pepper if you like.
4. Microwave for 30 seconds on high.
5. Stir.
6. Microwave for another 30 seconds or until no longer runny.
7. Scoop eggs out of bowl or mug and onto tortilla.
8. Cover eggs with cheese and fold tortilla around them.

Microwave oven times very. Experiment to see what works best for you. You can also add your favorite veggies.
