Low Fat Spinach Artichoke Dip

There are so many variations of this popular dip recipe. However, most of them are full of fat. Enjoy the flavors of the dip without the guilt with this low fat and flavorful recipe.

1.Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine.
2. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving, cold.

Serve with your favorite crackers or tortilla chips.

75 g Artichoke hearts
1 box of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
350 mL Fat Free Sour Cream
60 mL Fat Free Mayonnaise
22 g Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Scallions, chopped
1 clove of minced garlic
2 mL Coarse Salt
2 mL Black Pepper
