Macaroni & Cheese Cups

Macaroni & Cheese Cups

Kids love macaroni and cheese. Prepared in muffin tins makes them easy to eat on the go, and fun as well.

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
2. Cook macaroni to al dente.
3. While macaroni is boiling, place cupcake liners in a 12 muffin tin.
4. Spray inside of liners with nonstick cooking spray.
5. When macaroni is cooked, drain and return to the pot.
6. Add cheese to the pot and stir until it is melted.
7. In a separate bowl, beat eggs together with milk and add salt and pepper to taste.
8. Fill cupcake liners with the mixture.
9. Bake for 20 minutes.
