Personal Kid-Sized Pizzas

Kids will need a little help from an adult for this recipe, but the assembly of these mini pizzas is the kids' job. Let them choose their toppings and make them feel like part of the cooking process.

1. Preheat oven to 150°C.
2. Top the pizza "Crust" (Bagel half, English Muffin Half, or Pita half) with tomato sauce. Use the back of the spoon to spread evenly.(This is the kids' job.)
3. Sprinkle on cheese and optional toppings.
4. Cook on a baking sheet for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and starts to golden.

Pizzas are a great way to incorporate vegetables into a kid's diet. Experiment with different toppings. Also, if no adult is present, these can be made in the microwave as well. Just microwave for a minute or so until cheese melts. This will result in a soggier crust, however.
