Sesame Chicken Skewers
The sweet marinade used for this recipe is an excellent compliment to the chicken. Plus,everyone loves food on a stick!

1. Mix first four ingredients in a large bowl. Save 1/4 of the mixture and refrigerate for later.
2. To remaining 3/4 of mixture in the bowl, add chicken and coat.
3. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 - 4 hours.
4. Remove chicken strips from bowl, and discard the marinade.
5. Thread a skewer through each chicken strip.
6. Broil 10 cm from heat for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. The whole time cooking, turn and brush occasionally with reserved 1/4 of dressing mixture. Discard any remaining mixture after chicken is cooked.

Serve immediately.
