Sugar and Spice Soft Pretzel

A popular snack when shopping at the mall is a soft pretzel with lots of unhealthy choices for toppings. One popular choice is the cinnamon and sugar coating. This is a healthier version you can make at home with the help of pre-made, frozen pretzels. Plus, they're Kosher!

1. Preheat oen to 200°C.
2. Combine sugar substitute, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.
3. Spray a baking sheet with a light coating of non-stick cooking spray.
4. Bake pretzel on pan for 2 minutes.
5. Remove the pretzel and spray each side with butter spray (about 5 squirts per side.)
6. Dip each side of pretzel into bowl of sugar mixture.
7. Bake for 3 minutes, flip, and bake for another 3 minutes.
8. Remove from oven and enjoy.
